Product lines are cached in this browser so the next pull only fetches new bills.
2What to pull
With a period, only members active in it are read and only its bills get product lines — a short period takes a few minutes. Choose All history for lifetime RFM across every member.
A 30k-member brand takes ~15 min: member list ~3 min, transactions ~5 min, gender ~8 min. Product lines run ~15–20 min per 10k bills the first time; after that only new bills are fetched. Nothing is stored on a server — the data lives in this tab until you save it.
What the data says

How many visits each member has
days with a bill · 0 = registered but never bought
When members buy — bills by weekday × hour

Segments and what to do
Cohort retention — share of each first-purchase month that bought again N months later
Days from 1st to 2nd visit
Points earned, burned and expired by month
Do rewards go with loyalty?
Buyers who redeemed points vs buyers who never did. Redeemers needed points first, so part of the gap is cause, part effect.

Promotions used
Named on the product lines: CRM coupons, POS deals and point rewards. Back in 60 days: of members whose first use was at least 60 days before the end of the range, the share who came back on another day within 60 days. Expected is what members at the same stage (first visit or a later one) usually do, so a promotion that mostly greets newcomers is judged against newcomers. It is a comparison, not proof the promotion caused the difference.
